Yes i wanna take french courses coz I guess most of the people in french speaks french and it's hard for me to communicate with them.

Hi you can try Alliance Fran莽aise or contact the AVF in Lille (avflille - AVF Lille). AVF is a newcomers group and I see they have a French conversation group. Chances are, if you take part in that, they can help you find French language lessons in the area.
