Rugby clubs in Toulouse

Hi all.
I will be in Toulouse from the 3rd of August and would like to join a rugby club as it will be a good way to meet people and build up a new network of friends and also hopefully improve my French :-)

Can anyone point me to a resource where I can find the different clubs in Toulouse, an english based website would be easier for me but not essential.
