Do you already have a visa that allows you to work in Germany?

If not, this kind of temporary (and badly paid) "McJobs" will not allow you to apply for one.

Furthermore, they probably expect you to be fairly fluent in German (I'd expect at least C1), to have the conversations with callers on a meaningful level.

And, last not least, such jobs are often located outside of Germany due to the high cost of labour - most commonly Eastern Europe (and I even heard of some in India or other third world countries).

Just to add to what @beppi has said.

If you have the right to work in Germany, then all is well. If you don't, I am sorry, but companies are not going to employ you for low-skilled work like a Call Centre operative.  The company will need to prove that they can not fill the vacancy from any German national and then a EU citizen. They also have to apply for a work visa for you; this is time-consuming as well as costing the company money. This is why companies will only go to the effort to employ highly skilled workers who are in short supply.

There is some good news, I was only discussing this with my doctor in Austria last week: Dentists and doctors are very much needed across Europe. So, continue with improving your German to C1, take the examination to prove you have reached C1, and you will not find it hard to find employment. Of course, you will also need to know German medical words, both in written and spoken.

Good luck

Most call centers are just scamming operations. And not sure how many even exit in Germany, They are generally outsourced to countries like India. Not a good job. And I’m pretty sure one legally needs a C1 level of German to work as a dentist. Likely need to get qualifications all certified and line up a job before applying for the work visa.Â
