Hello everyone my name is Sandra
I would like to go for anche Ausbildung but i don't have my High School certificate so can i do It without my High School certificate.

It depends on the apprenticeship you want to take - some (like accountant) require a high school certificate ("Abitur"), others (e.g. some skilled crafts) need only the minimum schooling (9 years is compulsory in Germany).

Like what type of job do they not need your High School certificate.

Becoming medical doctor requires a university degree - and that requires a very good high school certificate (Abitur).
As far as I know, nursing can be done without Abitur, but good German skills are needed (after all, you must understand the patients!). You should ask at your nearest nursing school for the entry requirements and procedures. There was also a related discussion on this forum recently.
