It's not how it works; you should first read the "Ireland - Work Permits" post at the top of this Ireland section of the forum, then follow the links and see if you think you qualify for any of the jobs for which the Irish Government are willing to issue work permits to 3rd country nationals.聽 If your skillset is there, then you can look for a job and if you can find one, then you can apply for a work permit,聽 Google is a good place to start.
