Ciao!聽 Can you tell me if Radici has TRUE beginner class - I went to a very nice place "It's Yoga" but their "beginner" class was way above my level - looking for a true beginner class.聽 Grazie!

with yoga you can go to almost any class and work at your level. the beauty of yoga is that it is about you and your own communication with your body. everyone in the class will be at different levels depending on their practice. I suggest you find a studio near by and try a class dont push yourself listen to your body and remember its for you not the people around you.

I have been going to Josslyn's classes at 19r - great for beginners or those of us less flexible than folks in the high intensity classes.
