Moving to latvia

Hi everyone, I will be moving to Riga soon from Malaysia , I'm married with 2 kids age 7 and 12 years old, I'm worried about my kids. Education in Riga as my kids can only speaks English. Can anyone advice me about my kids education, I have googled there are few international schools in Riga but I'm afraid I can't afford to send them there, is there any other options I have?
