Well Pembroke is not far away from Sliema. If you want you can join our group. We are playing on every Monday 9pm-10pm
Rgarding the bus stop: I tried it once with line 13. It stoped at Park & Ride (I assume it'sthe final station). We had a break for about 5-10 min and than it drove in direction of Valletta through the stations you need (best stations are: Profs; Regord) - check it via google.maps which one you prefer and how to go.
However, if you want to avoid the break Sam is absolut right. You should leave the bus at Swieqi and walk along the Triq Il-Professur W. Ganado till you reach the Corinthia Hotel/Radisson Blu Ressort and turn left to the pitches. (again check it on google.maps)

Guys and Girls
The next opportunity will be on Monday the 11th of November. Same place as usual. Last time we were 9 person (although in the doodle poll just 6 ticked for coming hahaha) However, I hope we are going to be around 8-12 on this Monday. As always you and your friends are invited. However I have a few announcements to make:
1. Next Mondays' football game - same time, same place. Please tick if you are coming:
2. Last Monday, the rent for the pitch was 55 聙 and we were 18 persons. I charged 3聙 each which should be 54聙. However, when I was paying for the pitch I had just 46聙 (incl. my 3 聙). So I had to pay 9 聙 extra. One of you told me that he forgot his money and will pay me next Monday. That's OK for me. But two other guys didn't pay or let's say 'have forgotten to pay'.
So please, next time be honest and pay...
3. Farewell Party
I mentioned that I'm leaving end of November. My internship is over and I will spend the winter in my mountains (Austria)
Hence, I would like to take this opportunity to drink one or (hopefully) more beers/Cisks with you. Since this weekend is maybe quite spontaneous I suggest the following dates (as usual in a doodle poll haha):
- Sa 23.11.2013 06:00 pm (at 6:30pm FC Bayern plays against BVB Dortmund - similar to the Championsleague final 2013; at the same time West Ham vs. Chelsea)
- So 24.11.2013 07:00 pm(at 8:45pm Bolognia vs. Inter)
The place: Times Square
Tower Road 127, Sliema - opposite of the Il'Fortiza, close to Surfside (check it out on Google.maps. There is a link in the doodle poll).
It's a pub and they usually show a few football games at the same time. So it's possible to see both games FCB vs. BVB and WestHam vs. Chelsea)
I hope you can come. We also have to speak about the future of our "club".
