Hi guys,

Moving to Malta in the next 6 weeks from the UK. Looking for a long term rental apartment/house in a safe and nice area of either Mosta or birkirkara. Needs to be 2 bedrooms or more and it can be first or second floor (but needs a lift/disabled access for my mum when visiting as she is in a wheelchair).

Going to be moving over on my own, joined a couple of months later by my partner (also from the UK). The apartment/house will be for two adults - we've got no children or pets. It needs to be near good transport links, as I won't be bringing my car with me. It also needs to be furnished with internet access/wires etc. As long as it has privacy, we're happy.

Budget is between 250 - 375 euro per month. Want to keep it as low as possible, due to moving there perm and living there and not for a holiday. It has to reflect the Maltese cost of living, salary etc. Ideally I want this sorting out as soon as I arrive, so I'm not stuck in a hotel for very long.

Prefer private rental and not agencies, however, I will consider anything suitable and would be grateful for any replies from anyone.
