Hi All,
How is the running club going ? Still false starts ?
Well I have an excellent excuse at the moment as I fractured my foot playing football聽

It's now in plaster.

I am getting a few people together who are runners for a social at the Villa on Wednesday if anyone is interested at 8pm. Any takers ?

Scubaboy- not before 19:30 because it's to hot. I run around 6 min/km. Is that to slow for you?

Up. Who'd like to run as much regularly as we can. I know a way between swieqi and pembroke, very good for training. Or anywhere else to discover other places.
