pregnancy in malta

my husband has got a job in malta and his visa is under processing. he will reach malta by march and start working there. i am 1 month pregnant now. can i deliver the baby in malta if i reach malta in tourist visa? and will my baby get child benefits from malta?

thankyou for the reply. can u please let me know that this child allowance benefit is applicable for non europeans(like me) who reside in malta for employment

Looking at it I think it refers to EU citizens
