If you live more than 183 days per year in Montenegro you are considered a resident here.

Hi Tsarine,

Could you help me with payments of private entrepreneur? It varies depending on revenue as far as I know, but i was not able to find amounts and limits

Hi Ivan
Your income as "Private Entrepreneur" is most likely subject to the "Personal Income tax" (9% and 13%) which is detailed in both documents I mentioned above.
