rent a car at Tivat airport

Hello,
we are coming to Tivat in July for 10 days and now I recognized that a car for rental is quite expensive. We live in an apartment in the bay of Kotor and would like to go on daytrips. After a week we leave the Bay of Kotor to stay 3 more days at Skadar lake in Rijeka Crnojevi膰a at a Winery. I think we will need a car. So can anybody help us to find a good service for less money?
