Hi! I am planning to move to Montenegro and before the move, I will be planning 2 trips to research property investment opportunities. I have read pretty much everything online about the new developments which I will take a look at during my trips. I will also be looking at building opportunities, possibly renovating existing ruins.

If you have purchased land or ruins and gone through the building process, it would be great to get your feedback about the process. Including your thoughts on hot spots for development, experience with the construction companies and the legalities of the purchase and building.

As well as researching the property opportunities. I would like to join any get-together and meet-ups whether business, socially, expat or sports related. I have looked online but could not find any posted. If you know or can recommend any that would be great!
