Italian, UK resident, planning to occaitonally work in NL

Luke Griffith

Hi. I am trying to figure out what are the Dutch rules for my situation.

I live in the UK, where I'm resident and tax payer, and I am Italian (Italian passport).

I am planning to come occasionally to Amsterdam in order to perform some workshops together with a Dutch stichting.

I would invoice the stichting as British tax payer.

I guess that there are some limitatins for my presence in the NL in order to be consider an "outsider", in terms of time or remuneration, before I am due to pay tax in the Netherlands. Is it correct? What are those limits?

thank you!

Hi, welcome and thanks for your question. If you receive income in the Netherlands, you have to pay tax in the Netherlands. There's more info .
