You do not pay any tax on rental income from the property (if you rent it).

There is a yearly council tax, garbage and water tax along with the usual utilities if you've not rented it excluding these.

There is also the Wealth tax if you own a substantial amount of the property.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

In addition to what James has offered above, there is also a tax called Onroerendezaakbelastingen, or OZB which may be applicable.聽 The Amsterdam city website has a much better explanation; this will take you straight to it.聽 it's a national tax, so applies across the whole country.

@James Evans i got a question mate. Where to start on learning how to be a real estate invester, how to not pay taxes, how to start investing with zero budget in the pocket, bassicaly how to start buying real estate and and leave in debt.
