Moving to Netherlands, pre-school, housing

Hello,

I have recently received a job offer from Terneuzen, and now I am considering to move there with my familly.

Seems like rent cost is a bit lower on the Belgian site, what do you think about living in Belgium and commuting to work at Terneuzen.

Would you know if there are any (preferably international english-speaking)聽 pre-schools or nursery in Terneuzen, or on the Belgian side cloze to Terneuzen?

I would appreciate any advice.
