Health Insurance problem, Help! think I may be wrongly charged

Hi everyone I'm from China and I聽 recently came to NLD to live with my partner and I've already registered at the municipality here in April, I've only been here from April, but my ID card was issued in January, so the health insurance company charged us from January, we find it very unreasonable because I wasn't even here in January, And also we applied for my health insurance only also in April, so we don't understand why all this happened?

can anyone please tell us how we can solve this problem and maybe get our money back ? Or my health insurance was really alerady effective from the date my ID card is issued???? (although it doesn't seem normal???)

did anyone ever have this problem??? please help!

Hi, I contacted them and also the government, they say WE should have looked into the government's website and it says everything there...
we found it very not right. cuz they should've alarted us ...
