Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Congratulations on the job offer; you haven't said which visa you will apply for, but this will take you to the Dutch Government website which lists all of them.

If you chose the visa relevant to you, then scroll down through the relevant page, it lists all of the processes.

The IND will notify you of which documents you need to bring; they normally include passport, birth certificate, certified copies of any diplomas you may be using in pursuit of this visa.聽 If you are applying for your wife at the same time, don't forget to apply for her visa at the same time.

Hope this helps.

Hi
This is Neetha from India. I got a teaching job in an international School in Netherlands and got the offer letter last week. School is working on my work permit. They are asking for the DUO recognition of my diplomas.聽 I have applied for it , how long would it take to get the recognition ? I have done engineering degree from India and also post graduate diploma in International education聽 from a well recognized institution and have 6 years of relevant experience . Will my diplomas be recognized ? what is the success criteria?
Hi again.

The DUO website advises that if you have any questions related to your application, then "Please contact the Diploma recognition and Legalisation department", further, "You can call us from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on聽 31 50 599 80 36. Or send an email to ks.dw@duo.nl. "

My advice is to contact DUO.

Hope this helps.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

At the top of the page is a link to our Discover Netherlands section; first off read that and any of the links it provides.

Unless you have an EU passport, you will need a work and residence permit (MVV) to live and work in the Netherlands; the Dutch government (IND) has a website with all the details; this will take you straight there.聽 Once you've read through these, you'll have some idea of where you can begin.

If you have any further specific questions, then please come back to us.

Hope this helps.
