About expect signing up for school

Hi all,

I have a question, I am here on partnership visa, MVV. I got my Dutch ID card, not the permanent stay card. If I want to study in universities, do I still have to pay the tuition fee as a foreign student? Or the cheaper fee that the Dutch people pay?
