Filipino looking for an accomodation( my budget EUR700)

Hi everyone! I will be moving to NL next month (should visa be granted). As early as now though, I am looking for an apartment and I am having a difficult time.聽 See, I will be working in A'dam and the cost of housing there is very high.聽 I am thinking about settling in Haarlem or Hilversum, or anywhere which is near enough for a <=40-minute drive and cheap enough for my budget of EUR700 inclusive (hahaha!).

Do you have any suggestion?

I am interested in share house or appartment in Haarlem. I am alone looking for flat and would be easier and cheaper to share costs.
