Tourist Visa Application forwarded to UDI

I just submitted my tourist visa application to cisit my partner on may 22, 2017. Today i received an email saying that they forwarded the application to UDI, we have an existing residence permit application as well, how long do I need to wait for the results and can I get my passport from them cause I need it for work. Thank you for your answers

Its normally not allowed to apply for tourist visa while u have an active application.thats why i think they forwarded to UDI.

I was told that we could do it at the embassy, but anyway how can i take my passport back? Do you have any idea cause that's more important now, ahehehehehe

You can easily call the embassy and ask your passport back. They will send it back to you.

Hi could i ask what happened after you applying tourist visa while your waiting the residence permit.. the UDI approve your tourist visa?. Thanks

Hi.. I just wanna ask if you have been granted a tourist visa even if it was forwarded to udi? How long does it take?聽 Im also in the same situation... It's too frustrating... I hope to can answer me.. Thank you
