Sending a package with Posten but the status is "Avvik i produksjonen"

Hello,

I'm sending a package abroad with Posten from Trondheim to Indonesia, but the tracking status is "Avvik i produksjonen".
Is there anyone with a similar experience before?
Does it mean the package is lost?

I've asked Posten last week but I haven't got any reply. I just wonder if anyone had a similar experience before. I've searched in google for "Posten Avvik i produksjonen " and plenty of people had that issue but mostly for receiving packages.

Not sure what the message means but just want to say that the customer 'service' from Posten is absolutely useless.聽聽 If you get a reply from them then you are lucky and in my experience they seem to have no interest in resolving a problem.聽聽I try to avoid using them now due to several bad experiences previously.聽聽Better to pay more and use a more reliable carrier.聽聽Just my thoughts !
