Hi all,

I am an English guy who is emigrating to Lodz. I would love to get in contact with anybody in that city 馃檪

Also, it would be great if anyone can point out any list/material of things that need to done when first moving to Poland e.g. PESEL, residence registration, health system registration etc 馃憤

I did read through the Moving to Poland guide, but this does not seem to be covered.

I have read it now 馃檪 Many thanks 馃憤

Seems that Polish NFZ contrib is 9% of a reference median salary, about 800 zl per month taken out of my pension income. When I become a UK state pensioner I can apply to UK for form S1 and stop paying NFZ contrib. Better get familiar with my Polish GP - I am paying for it
