🚨 URGENT: Need Lawyer in Poland (Fraud Case – €4,600 Loss)
Hello everyone,

I am writing from Bangladesh and urgently need legal assistance in Poland regarding a serious fraud and contract breach case.

I (along with another client) paid a total of €4,600 to a Polish company, ***., for job support and work permit processing for Serbia. Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver the promised services.

Main issues:

- Provided an invalid/short-term work permit instead of the agreed one
- Failed to submit the visa application on time
- Due to their delay, the work permit expired
- Ignored repeated communication, including a formal 48-hour legal ultimatum

I am now looking to:

- File a fraud case in Poland
- Recover the full amount (€4,600)
