Can someone recommend a good attorney?

Rdeayala

Hello all.

I'm Rafael.聽 My husband Jared and I live in Texas, USA.聽 聽We have decided to start exploring options for retirement overseas, and Portugal is at the top of the list. I suppose one of the first steps would be to consult w/ a Portuguese immigration attorney as I understand that the laws have recently changed.聽 Can someone recommend a good attorney?聽 We are planning a visit in October and would like to establish a professional relationship w/ someone beforehand.聽

obrigado y'all!

Ask your embassy: they have lists of 鈥済ood lawyers鈥 who speak American English鈥

Hi Rafael, Welcome.

I don't think you need a lawyer to get a visa. You have good examples here of US citizens who have done it all by themselves. But it depends on each person...
