Owning land plot, you own everything below as well and above it?

Hi Johnny, have following question:

I try to found out an natural water source on my land plot. So far I unterstand from my land have access to "main water level" as well not so deeply also "season influenced" water level.
So far I understand, also it's possible in this area to found oil & gas, sure to an much high deeply level.

The question is:聽 owning land plot in Portugal, should mean you own everything below it (earth surface), as well and above it?

Could you advice me where can I read some "legally" advice?
