If you have a driver鈥檚 license that was issued in an EU country, you can legally drive in Romania for an indefinite period of time, up until the expiration of the license.

Join a driving school ,pass the test , medical etc, and you are good to go in 1 month or 2.

If country not listed it a new test.聽 So just do a manual licence test in Romania start to finish around 2000 lei

It depends where the license was issued, some countries are not accepted and in that case a new test is needed.
