My fiancee and I are planning to get married in Romania since he is a Romanian citizen and at the same time a citizen of Israel. What聽 shall I do first to seek a visa? What kind of visa do I need?

What requirements shall I bring in the Romanian embassy? How long shall it take the process?

Seems you know we'll...I have am dual citizen聽 roumanian-us,and we like to visit my town聽 where聽 my mom she is she also聽 has a green card聽 sponsored聽 by me ,we not married聽 in roumania but us but she is living聽 in philippines, us it's wayyyy to long every one's聽 know's,聽 should聽 I apply聽 for her from us for short visa I will be home in roumania聽 in October , or she can go with our invitations聽 directly聽 to Makati embassy?
