If you are EXCHANGING your license you don't take the test.聽 If you are getting a fresh license you must go to driving school. They should have one in English. If they don't, find a school that will give you one. There are a million driving schools.

The written test is available to take in English.

It depends on the country, with some countries you can NOT exchange your license so you need to take the test.
