• Initial rental period: exactly 30 days, from 13 August 2026 to 13 September 2026

• We are a married couple, two adults

• Budget: maximum €400 in total for the full 30 days

• The price must include all utilities and internet

• A private bathroom is required, with no sharing

• A private kitchen or kitchenette is required, with no sharing

• Wi-Fi is essential

• The accommodation must be fully furnished

• The landlord must allow us to register our stay and provide a white card (beli karton) for both of us

• Location is flexible: Belgrade, the outskirts, or nearby towns and villages within approximately 10 km of Belgrade

• We would consider a studio, small apartment, serviced apartment, room with a separate entrance, or a separate building in a private yard

• We are not looking for luxury. The important things are privacy, cleanliness, and functionality

• We are tidy, quiet, non-smokers, and do not drink alcohol

• We plan to stay in Belgrade long term, but initially we can commit only to the first 30 days. If the accommodation is suitable for both parties, we can discuss extending the rental period afterwards

• Before the rental period begins, the landlord and we must sign a written rental agreement

• We can pay the full amount for the first 30 days in advance after viewing and verifying the accommodation, agreeing on all terms, and signing the contract
