myself and my fiancee have policies with DKV . i applied before her for聽 my NLV as we had a joint policy聽 and then took her off the joint and then opended a seperate one for her to correspond with her application . wWeve got an excelent insurance broker if you need some help ?

They've said I can't can't cancel the policy..said its聽 for 12 months.

Have you explained the situation to them ? Also what you could do is show any correspondence to the Consulate so that they can see the position youre in ?

@Museo ill call the head office tomorrow. I asked the lady if she can extend and pay in full...she answered聽 you can't do that the contract ends 31st August.. said she can't take payment beyond that

@Museo is 12 months required to be paid in full for the NLV..ive been paying monthly

@Lmflmf1 Havent had to call on them as yet so cant say on thatbpart , but the cover is good and they have been helpful regarding changes to my policy
