Bring my dog from Norway to Gran Canaria.

Hello lovelies 馃憢馃徑

I'm thinking to relocate to Gran Canaria in 2022 from Norway with my furbaby.
Has anyone in here done that from Norway before?
I really hope it's possible to bring her in the cabin with me all the way.
If not I would be very thankful for all tips/advise 馃檹馃徑馃挅馃惥

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

My advice is to speak to the airline that operates that route; I just checked the schedules and can't find any direct flight which will make it a really long journey for a dog, be it in the cabin or the hold of the aircraft.

As for cabin travel; many countries don't recognise companion pets and don't allow it, some airlines won't do it on International flights and only offer a cargo option.

All you can do is ask; I can say that from my experience, airlines are very experienced in moving all kinds of pets around the world and know how best to handle them.

No clue about dog but SAS has direct line gardemoen- gran canaria

Edit: cats and small (size?) dogs allowed but not in business class rest in cargo bay
