Property search in Valencia

We are looking for a property in the Valencia region, somewhere with a mature garden/land and a pool, not a huge drive to a golf course. If anyone is thinking of selling please get in touch. We had flights booked to come over to do some agency viewings but these have been cancelled. Our house is on the market in the UK but have a deposit so completion would be on our sale. Can anyone advise on areas to consider and if there are any places to go to enjoy Northern Soul music and dancing, events throughout the region? We have been to the Belamadina events and hoping there may be a scene in Valencia.

Ideally 3/4 bed rural house, garage would be great or outbuilding, views, private, up to 100,000 we are happy to re decorate but not structural work, we aren't that skilled!

If anyone has any knowledge of things to do in the area, we would appreciate the information.

Cycling groups, golf members, Spanish lessons, dance events聽 etc
Healthcare, solicitors, removals from the UK costs

Hi there.
We are about to put our small 3 bedroom聽 rural bungalow on the market. We are looking for 拢110,000 , but can haggle!. We're 50 minutes from Alicante and Valencia airports, and 40 minutes to the beaches at Gandia. The bungalow needs UPDATING,聽 and cosmetic work , but will be fabulous when finished!. We have spent, 拢15,000 on a new , good sized pool , 拢9,000 on new brown, double-glazed windows , and 拢20,000 on Solar Power....all around聽 2 years old. The property has 50 olive trees , lemons, figs, plums , oranges and almonds. It's in a lovely quiet place next to a vineyard one side, and lovely Spanish neighbours the other side. It's just a few minutes drive into Ontinyent,聽 which has a hospital (new one being built too) , and loads of shops etc. Xativa Castle is 20 mins away. The garden/orchard is overgrown and needs work too , but there's nothing major unless you want to extend the property. A car and great quality fridge freezer , washing machine,聽 sofa etc can be thrown in !. Even my beloved 50 inch OLED TV and stereo too !!. Let me know if this is of interest to you. Regards, John. Thanks for the reply. Yes we are interested in some more info - do you have any photos, floorplan, or room measurements?聽 This is an area we are interested in and have been searching around there as close to Olivia golf so happy days.

Not worried about doing a bit of work to get it back to its best especially the garden. Love it 馃槉

We will get in touch once we have been through the pics etc. Sorry you will be losing the TV LOL

Does the house have any heating or fire?
