import a car to Tenerife - taxes

Hola! I am going to buy a car in Poland and drive it to Canary islands. The problem is that I will need to pay 23% VAT in Poland, and I want organise it the way that I wont be obligated to pay IGIC fee on Canary islands.

There are two cases to consider, let's make it simple:

1.
20.12.2018 I'm buying a car in Poland registering it in Poland
20.01.2019 I arrive to Tenerife
20.06.2019 I re-register the car on Canaries number plates

2.
20.12.2018 I'm buying car in Poland registering it in Poland
20.01.2019 I arrive to Tenerife
20.05.2019 I'm driving to Poland
20.07.2019 I'm coming back to Tenerife
20.08-12.2019 I re-register the car on Canaries number plates

In which case 1 or 2 am I obligated to pay IGIC?
