If you get off at Weil am Rhein Rathaus bus stop or Weil am Rhein Hbf tram station, you will find many friseurs in that area, and you can get your eyebrows done for 6 or 7 euros. Also in Lorrach market.

Thanks! I generally go to Coiffure Zeki in Claraplatz for threading if not Germany..they charge 5 CHF for upperlip and 15 CHF for eyebrows..
