Hi, I am coming to Kiev in February and I am looking for expats to meet up and hang out with.聽 Although I enjoy meeting the local people and speaking with them (I speak some Russian), I also enjoy meeting up with fellow Americans.聽 Where do I find a good hangout in Kiev to meet fellow Americans?聽 I am looking for a nice social atmosphere.
