Final exit visa expired and iqama valid

Hello friends,

I make case regarding company not provide salary. After two months case online meeting in ministry of HR. Two meetings not come company owner. After ministry of HR said you follow case with ministry of justice. I make case moj and after came online meeting company owner he accept provide salary. During this case period that company issued me final exit visa and also expired.

I contact company they not help final exit visa.

Please give solutions final exit visa expired four months. But iqama still valid Balance three months. I don't have job. I try labour office and Indian Embassy they said iqama we can't do anything. Kindly give solutions???

Company not helping..

Embassy not helping.

Ministry of labor not helping.

@sulaimhj06 It is sad to hear how an expat is been treated, you did not mention the country you are residing and did you hire a lawyer. As far as I am aware lawyer can submit a petition in the court or ministry that due to the case your visa is expired and it should be renewed. This is a very critical subject and I am sure that no one is aware about legal requirement but one thing is for sure your lawyer can assist in this situation.

Thanks for reply. My nationality is India and I,m currently in Riyadh. I,m jobless past 7 seven months. I can't afford lawyers.

One month before finished case in moj. I request moj I need final exit visa and provide salary but moj say we are not authorise regarding Final exit visa and we only solve money problems.

Again I stuck where can I go? Actually I,m new in Saudi Arabia. I don't know Arabic. It's very hard without Arabic.

I visit labour it's very hard speak because not more people speaking English. finally I found one person Saudi guy officer he is speaking English. I said about my story he simply say come after iqama expired.

I don't know why rules like this . There is no solution

Please tell any other way to solve. I need final exit?
