Copy of CPR plus original (sometimes original not needed but good to keep) for both buyer and seller

Copy of vehicle registration and original

Insurance transfer form

Traffic form filled and signed

Then go to traffic offices.

If the car owner has travel ban.. Is it possible to transfer the car ownership to the buyer?

Travel ban has nothing to do with car ownership.  It is just to stop the owner from leaving.  Unless it is a ban / freeze on his assets.

@XTang - I sold my car one week back he paid the cash to me and insurance transfered but ownership is not transferred because he have fine under his cpr.. And today I got an other 50bd for red signal from the sold car and I have other cars under my name.. So this makes any problem.. The person who took the car he says tomorrow  we can finish from one week... Please suggest me

Go to police office

Your at fault because you did not complete the transfer formalities, police may ask you to pay the fine.

Can I transfer the vehicle ownership to a person who does not have  a vaild Visa in Bahrain
