Having a case in Bahrain

Juvy Salunga

Hi, I would like to ask you, if someone have been here in Bahrain without visa for more than a year, and found out that someone  a file case against him and couldn't apply for visa, either his name already block. Is there any possible chances if he wanna go back home instead?

He can try approaching his country embassy, but he is most likely to be arrested.

Get arrested and deported. Easiest way.

@XTang It depends upon the case. If it is a punishable offense and convicted, deportation will be after the punishment only. First,  try to settle with the complainant, to settle the out of court,  if possible- and then get arrested for overstaying.

@Saji, I know.  However, OP has already overstayed without a visa for a year.  That leads to deportation in most cases.
