Sir, my friend was worked in bahrain due to some issue he came back to home country without inform the employer and he did not pay some credit card balance and and phone bill now his visa cancelled in bahrain and the ceedit card put courtcase and judjment is pay the due. But while check the travel ban in the online there is no any travel ban. Now he can travel to the other GCC country sucha qatar, saudi, oman, kuwait?

It should not be a problem for any other country unless there is a criminal case or the amount is very large (GCC countries notify interpol and other agencies for large amounts).
