If I send my resignation officially (by registered post) and do not complete 1month notice period.


What will be the consequences? Can my employer make runaway case in this scenario?

There could be a possibility, notice period is mentioned on your contract which you signed. If you don't complete employer has the upper hand, remember once marked as run away the chances of you coming back to Bahrain in future is uncertain also there is a plan to share the blacklist with other gcc countries so think before your act.

No chance to come back again bahrain once you blacklist but you can go other gcc聽 countries
