Hope you鈥檙e doing great!

I鈥檝e resigned this week and send 30days notice period to my employer via email and submitted via Bahrain post as well. But his office is closed since a year and i work for him remotely.

what is the process if resignation return back to me?

My Company owner almost living in Saudi, and asking me to come to Saudi to return the company car, stamp and laptop and telling me that revise the resignation letter from 30 days to immediate resign, I believe as per Labor law employee cannot resign immediate, but employer can terminate employee on an immediate notice.

I scared if I go to Saudi to return the company things he might be cancel my visa then I didn鈥檛 come to Bahrain again and my family will be stuck here, what you suggest ?

Also I鈥檓 the only employee in his company and I work for him since 2 years, can I get end of service for 2 years, what if he didn鈥檛 pay?
