i got a job outside Bahrain and resigned but now my current HR is asking for my work visa and ticket(to the country I鈥檓 going to) in order for them to cancel my visa here in Bahrain and I don鈥檛 want to share with them my documents.
I鈥檓 being forced to send them a ticket to my destined country that I don鈥檛 have because they haven鈥檛 paid me in order for me to purchase it.
my question is; is it necessary for me to send to them my ticket and visa to the country I鈥檓 going to?
what happens if I don鈥檛 sign my paperwork with the HR? And I just exit the country without their knowledge? - @Scandinavia14

Just make a reservation to an XYZ country, it's unfortunate to see such HR practices.

Tell them you're going home for good, if they insist.
