If you're looking for excellent treatment and one of the few who studied from the U.S.;

Al Mosawi Dental Clinic. Tel: 17 717 199, Adliya opposite Dessange

Dr Aqeel Al-Mosawi, Consultant Endodontist (US);
Dr Rashad Al-Alawi Consultant Periodontist (US)

My wife has had treatment there, no problems so far. I've also referred others as well.
