Hi Patrick and welcome to Bahrain.

It may be useful if you told us about yourself.

. Work
. Family
. Hobbies
. Why you moved to Bahrain
. Which area you live in

This information with help you find friends that have the same or similar interests as you

Good luck.

Post any questions you may have on this forum. (once you have looked through the previous posts of course)
Thanks Josnuggles.
Canadian journalist traveling here for a long duration mission on behalf of a British multinational.
Im living in seef area.
There are a lot of expats in Seef. I'm sure you will make friends quickly. Listing interests is always useful but may just come out in conversation when people message you.

Enjoy your time in Bahrain :-)
many thanks Josnuggles
Hello Patrick, welcome to Bahrain!

I live in Seef too. We get together every now and then so it would be great to see you on the next meet up. But in the meantime if you need any help, feel free to create a new topic on the forum or PM me.

Good luck!

Hi Patrick, welcome to Bahrain, I've only been here a week but everyone is very friendly and helpful. We spent a week in seef, it's a great area, if I didn't have kids I would live there. Let us know if there is anything you need.
Oh silver you finally made it then. Well done and welcome to you too :) As someone who's been living in Seef for the last 9 months, I can say it's a nice place, yes, but not much happening here apart from the malls. So if you wanted some more lively action, you better look for someone else. However if you are driving, then nowhere is far in Bahrain.
Thanks brightonguy, been a crazy week, moved into a villa, got the kids started at school and learnt to drive on the other side of the road!
welcome to bahrain:)
