How to resign from existing job???
I hope anyone could help me in my current situation. I started to work with my current employer dated 30th July 2016 and ended my contract last year 2018 but when i went home for my vacation same year they asked me to sign a renewal of contract for another 2 years. Now the problem is, i have tendered my resignation last december 20 2018 and my mistake is that i have not send it by post i just sent it by email. They did accept my resignation for a reason that i have no replacement by that time and we are doing computerization so they asked me to extend and because i want to give them a consideration i agreed to stay but this agreement is only verbal. Then now i again sent resignation letter and this time i sent it by post office to make it legal. When they received the resignation they said this is not acceptable bcoz of the verbal agreement we have from previous and they said that i am still under their contract and they said if i will leave their company they will make trouble and give me problem. Now im a little bit worried bcoz they are threatening me and i dont want to lose the opportunity to transfer to a new job..please help me what shall i do.
Thank you so much
There is no such thing as verbal agreement.
If you follow the process and do it, whatever they do, can be resolved.
Thanks sir
Is there any option for this.......???
Bahrain immigration can allowe me directly without my Visa cancellation
Please kindly let me know
without informe my current company

Don't keep asking the same question again and again when it has been answered.
I am employed in bahrain since june 2019, and i have signed a contract of 1 year. I am aware of the laws but i need suggestions based on experiences. I have several questions.
My employer hasnt paid me from last two months and for other employees upto 5 months, and has suspended me (verbally) for more than a month "all i do is live in the accomodation provided by the company". The accomodation provided by the company (that is inside the company) didnt had electricity and water for more than 20 days. As far as i know my employer will never give me release (local transfer). My supervisor who is brother in law of my employer use abbusive language, humiliates and once he even tried to harm me physically.
According to above said scenario, how can I resign from this job? I need my visa to be cancelled.
Can i resign on a single day notice period without giving a notice period of a month, as these all troubles are from their side.
Upon cancellation of visa, will I get a period of 30 days for mobility without leaving bahrain?
Can my employer legally demand any charges as i am going to quit before termination of contract?
Will I get the salary of suspended month if i file a case in MOL? (acc. To law employer cannot suspend for more than 5 days in a month) but i dont have any written proof that he suspended me.
Waiting for response
You cannot resign on a single day notice irrespective of any issues.聽 That only applies during probation period.
Once visa is cancelled, you have 30 days to get a new visa.聽 There is no mobility once visa is cancelled - a new visa is just applied for.
Don't wait further - just go to MOL and file a case quickly.
Waiting for your earliest response.
Are we eligible to get return ticket from the company when resigning and going back to the home country. Kindly assist if you know about this. Thanks
