Could you please advice what documents are required to convert Saudi driving license to Bahrain ?
Do I need to get any letter from Saudi Traffic Police department? I am trying to get it but no one knows about it here in Saudi

Just to be clear, you do intend not to use your VALID Saudi driving license, right?

If yes, and it is still valid, you need to fill approach your current sponsor and ask for a stamped letter that is supposed to be attached to the form you'll fill up in the Traffic Dept. Office.  You'll surrender your KSA driving license and immediately get a new one upon payment of the necessary fee.

If your KSA DL is no longer valid, then you'll need to apply just a like the rest of the newbies and probably take driving lessons, if deemed required.

If you still have a valid iqama, i suggest to keep your KSA DL and apply for Bahraini DL instead.  This way, you'll have two DLs.

Applying for a DL in Bahrain is a no-brainer.  Procedure is very easy and most of the time, the Traffic Dept is not crowded.
