It really depends on which company your visa is on.聽 It seems that you have been physically transferred but the visa is still on the old company.聽 The issue with that is you should not be working for an employer without being on their visa.聽 If LMRA inspection happens at your workplace, you will be in trouble.
All My details reads in the current company but the problem is that I din't sign any contract with it
hard copy like I don't have anything to show am working with them incase of anything
I think as long as both the CR's belong to the same owner, it shouldn't be a problem with the LMRA or anyone.
I may be wrong on this, but this what was told to me by a bank manager during loan approval.

About this, am not very sure. But to be on a safe side you may approach the HR or Your company owner through email requesting for the same. Am not sure what are the possible next steps you can take if they dont give you one even after the formal request.

About the proof of working for that company, take a printout of the CPR data. Even though u don't have a contract, you might have the CPR updated mentioning you as their employee.聽 Which should be good.

Not really, that is incorrect.聽 For bank loans, yes it is not a problem. But for visa, each CR is a separate legal entity irrespective of ownership structure.聽 The only time it isn't an issue IF all those CRs are at the same address - which is allowed in some cases.

I will say again, if the visa matches your current sponsor, then that is your proof.聽 You are still protected in case of any dispute even if you don't have a contract.

Thanks

Only one more
My colleague has worked here for the past 7 years聽 earning only the working monthly salary
Is there anything to expect form the company as a benefit legally like service charges
You can't get anything beyond what was contractually agreed. If you resign, you can get end of service benefits as per labor law
every full time employee of a company is entitled to indemnity.
Refer to below link to calculate the indemnity he/she will gel when leaving the organization.

Note: Indemnity is calculated on the last paid basic Salary

Apart from this, the employee can encash his annual leaves (if he/she has not utilized them).

Other benefits whatsoever depends on the company policies or if mentioned in the contract.
@XTang is the forum laggy? I am not seeing your reply untill i post my reply!
Strange.
my owner cancelled my visa iam spend here ten months i want search a new jib what can i do someone help me.
Being that there is no househelp visas now in Bahrain what can someone who has got a househelp job do inorder to avoid聽 future commotion with the employer and the law??
Don't understand what you mean.聽 People have been getting domestic help visas through transfers or new visas in my social circle.
