if old one is management and new one is accounting yea its possible but if the two cr has any similar activity not possible to put similar activity in same place

Actually the old one is management and accounting consultancy and the new one is management consultancy. Is it possible?

It is possible to do that for quite a few activities excluding duplicates - the ones you listed should be fine.聽 But one partner needs to own controlling stake in both companies to be able to do that.聽 If you have the same 100% owner, no issue.
